Meet Your New Puppy!

Frankie has the full badger markings inherited from our Great Pyrenees sire, Denali. He exhibits excellent guarding abilities and good independent judgment. He is one of a handful that has also been trained on an underground fence. 

Fred is friendly and mellow. He is always right by our side when feeding the livestock. Like Frankie, he has some prominent badger markings but the shorter fur from the Akbash side. He is extremely gentle and does very well with birds and smaller livestock. 

Lucy is a sweet girl with striking grey eyes and such personality. She is observant and quick to notice nearby predators. She's full of energy yet gentle with everyone. Lucy is great about following our lead and has been very easy to train.  

North (male) has all of the classic Akbash traits. Nothing phases him and nothing gets past him. He is trustworthy and extremely gentle. He never leaves his stock and has proven to be gentle enough to keep with fragile animals like ducks and chickens. 

South (female) is the most like her mother, Dakota. She is as perfect a guardian dog as you will ever find. She is patient, quiet, gentle, and watchful.  

Ethel has a wavy Pyrenees coat and is one of the friendliest pups in the litter. She has proven to be attentive, has great recall, and easy to train. She does great with our human flock, too. We expect her to adapt well to any flock.

Daisy has an impressive deep bark that belies her nurturing personality. She is very observant and her bark WILL deter predators (four legged or two)! She has a slight limp from an injury to her back leg that she has recovered well from. She has no risk of roaming, but would also not be recommended to guard solo in an area with a high apex predator population.
